Cloud backup and restore are part of ReceiptWorks Pro.
With ReceiptWorks Pro, you sign in with Google or email, and your transaction images, details, company names, logos, and projects are backed up to the cloud and synced across your devices. This protects your records when you change phones or reinstall the app. A subscription can be used on up to 2 devices with the same account.
During the free trial, your records are saved only on your phone. When you subscribe, you can move them into your account.
If your subscription ends, you can still view and export your records (PDF or CSV) for 60 days. After that, your account and its cloud data are deleted unless you subscribe again. We email you before anything is deleted.
